Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

At letsfunl.com, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other global privacy standards.

1. Data Controller

The entity responsible for processing your data (the "Data Controller") is:

  • Company Name: Andrei Kolokoltsev, NIF 312410255
  • Location: Portugal
  • Contact Email: info@letsfunl.com

2. Legal Basis for Processing Data (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide the AI funnel-building services you requested.
  • Legitimate Interests: To improve our platform's functionality, ensure security, and prevent fraud.
  • Consent: For deploying non-essential cookies and sending marketing emails (which you can withdraw at any time).

3. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as data automatically collected when you visit our site.

  • Account Information: Your email address and account credentials when you register.
  • User Assets: Text, images, and videos uploaded by you to generate marketing funnels.
  • Payment Data: All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party processor (Stripe). We do not store or see your credit card or financial details on our servers.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and cookie data collected automatically to optimize site performance.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing & International Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. To provide our core AI features and services, your data is transferred outside the EEA and processed by trusted third-party sub-processors located in the United States:

  • AI Service Providers: Your uploaded text, images, and videos are processed securely via APIs by Google Gemini and Anthropic to generate your marketing funnels.
  • Payment Processing: Financial transactions are handled directly by Stripe.
  • Email Systems: Your email address is shared with our automated email provider to send system notifications, updates, and newsletter materials.

International Safeguards & AI Training: For all data transfers to the US, we ensure that our partners utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Furthermore, we use commercial API variants of Google Gemini and Anthropic. According to their standard enterprise terms, data sent via these APIs is not used to train their public models, ensuring your business assets remain confidential.

5. Cookie Policy

letsfunl.com uses cookies to improve your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and serve functional features.

  • Necessary Cookies: Essential for the website to function, such as keeping you logged into your dashboard and securing payment processing through Stripe. These do not require prior consent.
  • Analytics & Marketing Cookies: Used only with your explicit consent to understand how you interact with our platform and to optimize our marketing efforts. You can change your cookie preferences or withdraw consent at any time via our on-screen cookie banner.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

Regardless of where you live, we grant all users comprehensive data rights. You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request that we delete your personal data and uploaded assets.
  • Data Portability: Request a transfer of your data to another service in a structured format.
  • Object or Restrict: Object to or restrict our processing of your data, including the right to opt-out of direct marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@letsfunl.com.

7. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your uploaded content and personal information. We retain your personal data and uploaded media assets only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently wiped from our active databases within 30 days, unless legal or financial obligations (like Stripe invoice history) require us to keep it longer.

8. Google Ads and YouTube

When you connect YouTube in FUNL, the product uses YouTube API Services and the Google Ads API. By connecting, you allow FUNL to act on the Google account you sign in with. Google's use of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

With your permission, FUNL accesses and stores:

  • Your Google account email, and an encrypted access token and refresh token so FUNL can stay connected until you disconnect.
  • The Google Ads account you pick: its id, name, currency, and manager-account id, if any.
  • The YouTube channel you pick: its id and title, from the channel list on that Google account.
  • The video you launch. FUNL uploads it to that channel using the headline as the YouTube title, the caption as the description, and the privacy setting you choose (public, private, or unlisted). FUNL marks the upload as not made for kids.
  • The ad FUNL creates in Google Ads: campaign, ad group, and ad ids, the destination URL, budget, locations, audience selections, and a copy of the ad text. Google serves that ad.
  • Performance figures Google Ads returns for those ads, such as impressions, clicks, cost, and video views.

FUNL uses this data only to connect the account you chose, upload the video you approved, create and update the ad, and show results inside FUNL. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train public AI models. Tokens and launch records are stored on our servers. We do not ask for or store your Google password.

Disconnect YouTube in Settings → Integrations to revoke FUNL's access and delete the tokens, channel and account details, and launch records we stored. You can also remove FUNL on Google's security settings page. Deleting FUNL's copy does not delete the video on YouTube or the campaign in Google Ads. Remove those in YouTube Studio and Google Ads. If you delete your FUNL account, we delete this stored Google data with the rest of the account.

Questions about this use of Google or YouTube data: info@letsfunl.com.

9. Right to Complain

If you are inside the EU and feel we have not addressed your privacy concerns adequately, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
